Ok, trying to blog with my phone since I don't have a laptop atm, let's see how this turns out....

Just quickly stopped by to share a photo of my new hairy friend aka curly poodle wig!

What do you guys think? Haven't done much styling yet, just cut and teased it a bit, but I think it's pretty cute anyway~

The fiber is heat resistant which makes all the styling quite simple! I was afraid of getting a hideous and shiny piece of plastic since I only paid about 40$ for this but I didn't even have to powder it. The wig is from Cosplaywigs on ebay, I was really pleased with their service too :--3

That's all for today, hopefully after my graduation party I'll have a chance to make a proper post. :<

Hello there!

I've been super lazy with camera lately, so this post will be filled with instagram crap. I haven't felt like taking much proper outfit photos because all my outfits have looked the very boring and same old same old. That will changethough, I have ordered fuckloads of new stuffbecause I need a serious style update! Can't wait to show all the stuff to you guys *excited*

Anyways, I went to see Dark shadows on it's opening night on Friday!! I've waited for it since forever and was super excited to finally see it~

Before the movie we went to get some Ben&Jerry's! I got Rasberry brownie & New York super fudge chunk, Santra got Oh my apple pie & Chocolate fudge brownie. Ohhh, heaven.

I can recommend the movie to everyone who likes Burton's films! Don't expect it to be the greatest of his work, it's entertaining but not like ''OMG WOW GREATEST EVER MADE''.

And last but not least, TODAY I (FINALLY) PASSED MY DRIVERS LICENSE TEST AND GOT MY CAR KEYS ;_; Life just got *this* much easier, no need to rely on buses and trains to get to places!

Hi guys, long time no see!

Lately work has kept me busy, tired and unattractive due to early shifts and the fact that I'm not allowed to wear much make up. I started getting too used to au naturel face and when on Sunday I had a chance to do full war paintings on my face again I felt like a drag queen each time I looked in the mirror lol.

My look on Sunday! Pretty casual and comfy because.....

....we started our summer 2012 Lintsi- season!! They opened last weekend and one of my good friends works there so we just had to go~

We only went to one ride though.

But that was ok with me.

I have a sort of an fixation to spaceships...Each time I play games or watch movies with gigantic spaceships in them, I decide that I'm going to ride a spaceship someday. Then I remember that you have to be no more than a genious to become an astronaut. No can do.

On Monday, the last day of easter holidays (and after a night of partying....) I went to my cousins new baby girl's christening ceremony so I had to dress up bit more formal.

I have a feeling that someone is going to mention how inappropriate for church the lenght of my skirt is.... Well, the ceremony wasn't held in church and I'm not even part of the church anymore :--3 End of story!

After the ceremony my cousin gave me some of the tulips that were used as a decoration. The pink ones died pretty quickly but those yellow ones are still in vase next to my computer table! I'd like to have fresh flowers more often but it'd get bit bit pricey since they don't last very long. :<

On Sunday I was planning to have a laggy day and do all the stuff I haven't had time to do. That plan sort of failed when around midday I got message from Mart on facebook. The message went little like this : '' Party at my place today. Bring booze and food''. So party time it was!

Family meet!

Hallo folks!

Last friday we had a little house party at Nemo's ( called family meet, that explains the title a bit! ). It's sort of a tradition and it's always something I really look forward to :3

I put a lot of effort into doing my hair that day and because of that I didn't have much time to choose my outfit so I just picked an outfit I showed on my last post. Kinda boring to wear same outfit often but I liked my hairdo so much that I could cope with it.

To make everyone hungry ; awesome and super delicious rasberry cheesecake Juho had baked for us. He also brought chocolate easter eggs so we could have an easter egg hunt! :3

Finally some photos with girlies! Usually all the photos from family meets are too random to be posted... Anyways, me with mah girls Nemo , Inka and Puni !

Next morning's activities ; kebab box art and making the ultimate easter egg suprise from all the fugly toys we got from the easter eggs!

Last week I got fed up with my own town and decided it's time to change my current location for a while. After few hours i was already on train heading to Vantaa! It was really refreshing to get out for while and hang out with Santra and her friends :3 I should do these extempore trips more often!

I forgot to take my camera with me but here's some photographic evidence I managed to snap with my iPhone!

When everyone else had to be at work or at school, I had lots of time to experiment with make up! I'm starting to like red lipstick, yet I still feel bit akward when i go out wearing it.

On Wednesday we met up with Janina. I wore all-black outfit (spring seems to have a weird effect on me) and took some wnb-artistic photos in the deep forests of Päiväkumpu.

On Friday we had a anti-health day with Santra. After filling our bellies with carbs&fat we headed to Tikkurila to do some window shopping.

During that day we noticed that this spring some clothing companies seem to have put their designers eat colourful paint and then vomit it on to the fabric. We ended up buying only Easter eggs (Marabou easter eggs with that super sweet creme filling are the best thing about Easter, I kid you not!), candies and soda, to keep up with anti-health day's theme.

There was a ''No bananas''- strawberry stand in Tikkuri! Felt really summery, even though the strawberries were spanish and it was still quite freezing outside.

On Saturday I went to my bf's and decided to test my new blouse mail man brought me just before I left to Vantaa. I'm madly in love with it!

Close-up just because it's so awesome. When I was killing time at Monki before my bus left I found awesome baby pink blazer. Paired with this blouse I looked like I was going to a gay wedding. I really need to have that blazer in my life. Too bad I didn't take a picture .

Anyways, now I'm back in my ever-so-boring town. I've heard that sleeping in your own bed feels awesome after being away. It doesn't. It just feels lonely and dull.

Say hello to my laptop!

Today I managed to break my laptops screen. At the moment I have nothing to use as replacement. I borrowed a mini laptop from my dad's working place for this night but not I have to return this tomorrow morning. Not sure when I'm getting something to use as screen/ new laptop, right now I'm way too broke to buy one, so I might be really slow blogger for a while. :<

Because most of my photos are in my broken laptop, I'll spam few pictures I've been tweeting so this wouldn't be such a boring post!

On Friday we celebrated the end of finals and start of ''summer'' vacation at one of my school mate's little kind-of-cabin-thing. Saying ''summer vacation'' feels funny when there's still 874 cm of snow everywhere...

I had nice tropical coctail make up but of course I had to pixlromatic-edit the fuck out the picture so you can't see it. Every year when spring comes I get excited about colourful eyeshadows for a while until around midsummer I get back to brown and all kinds of boring colours. EVERY YEAR.

Long time no see folks!

Just a quick post before I continue studying for biology finals.

I got fed up with my hair so I threw in some chemicals and here's the result!

11 points for the one who guesses which well-know Gyaru model inspired my hair lol.

Roots bleached with Schwarzkopf Blonde L1++, base color is Four reasons Honey bunny, baby pink highlights are Crestol color gloss' champagne pink & blonde highlights are the natural colour of my extensions. Nothing bad to say about any of the products used!

I'm quite pleased with the result, what do you guys think?

Weekend of awesomeness!

Hello!

Lately I've been quite busy with school work ( or more like I should be, mostly it's just 9gag all day) , I have three of my four final exams this week.... Today I had Finnish finals a.k.a 5 hours of butt-numbing essay writing, oh joy!

But on to the nicer subjects! The pictures above were taken on Friday, after few misfortunes me and bunch of my school friends decided to spend the evening with board games and drinks! I had completely forgotten how much fun board games are when you have good company. I had also missed doing my make up properly, when I just study at home I don't even feel like making myself look like a human being. The red lipstick and the hairpiece was more like a test, ditched it quite fast after photos.

Hi people!

Lately I've been spending a lot of time at home ~~doing nothing~~ studying, which doesn't offer much blogging material. I also lost all my falsies at the cruise (...) so I've felt too butt-ugly to take pictures lol. Thank god I get new ones tomorrow, yay!

Senior cruise!

Hello peeps!

Yesterday I got back from my senior cruise to Stockholm. I had lots of fun but I got to say that it's good thing senior cruise is a once in a lifetime experience... on those two nights my total amount of sleep was 5 hours and total amount hangover was enormous lol.

I left for Helsinki bit early so I met up with Camilla and her godmother and we went to Casa Largo to kill some time before heading to port. Got to go there more often, it's so cozy and pretty!

We got into ship around 5 pm and headed straight for dinner. I don't usually order dessert, but now it was celebration time so I left some room for fancy dessert. B) Apple muffin, applebavaroise and some cinnamoncaramel nomnom. I only take photos of dessert because they are much more photogenic, actual food usually looks quite disgusting in photos lol.

After fixing ourselves a bit it was clubbing time!

I fell in love with blueberry shots. Like liquid candy.

Maybe it was all those blueberry shots I had, but this night was one of the funniest yet most bizarre night in my life.

After 2,5 hours of sleep we decided to head to Stockholm center to get some hangover brunch from Burger King. Greasy chicken burger with even greasier fries has never tasted so yummy, I swear.

My whole appearance screamed ''2,5 hours of sleep''. But so did everyone elses so it was ok.

After consuming as much saturated fat as we could, we went to shop at Galleri. I was way too tired to take photos so I didn't take much photos there. After getting enough of the shops we went back to ship to get ready for the night!

Awesome idea I got while tax free shopping, liquor gummy bears! All you need is any alcoholic beverage of your choice (I used melon liquor) and gummy bears, then sunk the gummy bears into the drink and wait for few hours. Voila, you got alcoholic candy! I admit I saw this on 9gag lol so not my idea completely.

Getting kicked out of school is fun!

Hi guys, sorry for staying queit for quite long!

Anyways, today I got kicked out of school. It was hilarious.

... ok ok, it's not quite what it sounds like. Those of you who don't live in Finland might be unfamiliar with the term ''Penkkarit''. It's an event for seniors which celebrates the end of highschool and at the end, seniors are ''kicked out'' of the school. We get dress up in costumes and drive around on truck throwing candies to the kids!

I dressed up as a flight attendant! I liked my costume sooo much, in need of excuses to wear it again! Costume parties, where u at?

Costumes were nice change for ever so dull school scene!

This is one of my favourite photos of the day. I had no idea what was happening behind me, only realized when I went through my photos.

After some plays, coffee and getting our last report cards, it was time for truck ride!

The truck ride was lots of fun until the point it got so cold that you couldn't even move your face. I swear it took me 45 minute-long hot shower before I stopped shivering. And I also noted that kids are the greediest creatures on planet. They might have collected a huuge sack of candies already yet they still ran after the trucks for more lol. I wish the best luck for the dentists.

Overall it was a memorable day! Next Tuesday we'll go to Stockholm for senior cruise, hope it's even more fun~

Frostbites and crashing cars!

Hello again!

Last weekend was insane, at least if you think about the weather. It was freezing, it snowed like crazy and all public transportation was jammed. After almost freezing to death on Friday, I decided it was time to barricade myself indoors for the whole weekend with bunch of movies.

On Friday, probably the worst day of the weekend, I had nothing special to do so we planned to higher our changes of getting skin cancer and go to solarium with Santra(..again). Somehow we never got there, we just bought some fatty lunch and babbled.

High in fat, sugar and yumminess. Even looking at this monster-sized muffin makes you gain 5 kilos BUT I REGRET NOTHING.

Tried to take a proper outfit photo for change....

...but in the end, the classic mirror photo gives you better overall- image lol. I wanted to wear a dress but it was wayyyy too cold for that, hrrr B<

I'm really glad I didn't decide to wear a dress. It would have been a suicide. For real. At first, my buss was 20 minutes late. Standing in the cold made it feel like forever. When I finally got in, the buss had to drive really slowly due to bad weather condition. Understandable. The highway was full of crashed cars.

The video gives you a little idea of the mad situation! Anyways, suddenly after leaving the highway, the buss stopped and the driver just took off, leaving the buss doors open. I guess his shift ended and the other driver didn't make it in time. We waited 20 minutes to get a new driver lol. If I had wore a dress I probably would have gotten a hypotermia or something. After finally getting home, I decided to not leave the house for the whole weekend.

Good thing there's plenty of nice stuff you can do without leaving the house. Like baking a delicious apple pie. And even nicer, eating that warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream and wondering how cold it's outside. Good life!

Feels like Siberia!

Hello again! This week has been my last test week in high school, yay! My studying vacation started today, though I still have to attend senior student's future day on monday. Anyways, my timetables have been really loose this week so I've had time to take some photos of my outfits!

This one is from Monday, I also had my first driving school's theory lesson that day! I'm nervously waiting for my first actual driving lesson...

Weekend activities!

Hi guys, now I can finally get back to normal blogging !

I thought I'd start off my regular updates with posting pics from last weekend, it would feel weird to post weeks old stuff and I'd probably never catch up...

Starting from last Thursday, not exactly weekend but close enough! I had a small photoshoot for local newspaper since I wrote a column they're going to publish next monday and they wanted to publish a photo next to it. Here's the outfit I wore that day:

Because it was cold like in Siberia, we decided that it was time for some Roberts coffee's hot chocolate! Santra took regular with whipped cream and I took the white chocolate one. I swear I'm never ordering it again, it was so sweet that it feels like your teeth will melt off due to sugar overdose. I felt sick after just drinking half of it : <

Solarium we went to was Golden Sun in Kaisaniemi metro station. I recommend it, it's on the great spot, it's cheap (only 3 euros for 12 minutes!) and the machines are really easy to use :3 I've been quite scared of going to solarium because the closed ''box'' reminds me of coffin but after few try outs I've been starting to enjoy it a lot!

On Saturday, we had a movie night with some Japanese and Korean high-quality films!

Alien vs. Ninja, Vampire girl vs. Frankstein girl and The good, the bad and the weird! My favourite was the one in the middle, it was so damn weird lol.

Too bad that half of us left before we took any pictures, bohoo. Anyways, I had great time! What's better than good company, some drinks and weird movies?

Thailand part. 8 Bangkok!

Hi guys, ready for the final part of the Thailand post serie? Here we go!

Early in ´the morning, we got on the taxi and drove two to three hours from Mae Phim to Bangkok

We kept ourselves entertained by taking stupid photos lol. These are the most internet friendly ones.

Our plans for Bangkok: shopping, shopping and more shopping! First stop was Central world shopping centre.

It was super fancy place! I should've taken a photo of the doorman, he had the most glamorous looking uniform. Felt weird that a shopping mall had a doorman, something you don't see in Finland lol.

Midget and a huuuuuge christmas tree!

After hours of shopping in Central world and accidentally in Isetan also, we to have lunch in Black canyon coffee. We went there in Pattaya also and I actually think I prefer Black canyon over Starbucks, their iced tea drinks AMAZING. This green tea frappe was a little piece of heaven really.

Every tourist's must have tourist photo with big buildings.

We continued to Siam paragon and Siam center. I would've needed like three extra days, we practically had to run through them. Didn't even have time to cry litres of bloody tears in shoe store that sold Jeffrey Campbell, bohoo. Time flied and soon it was time to head to airport.

Even the airport was filled with beautiful things. Made leaving even harder.

Ok, now I've gotten trough all of my Thailand- related stuff. Only took a month lol. I'll be back soon with some regular updates, stay tuned ppl!

Thailand part 7. New years eve & loads of cake!

I just realized I'm month behind in blogging.... well, soon I'm finished with thai posts and then I can catch up with the normal blogging! Anyways, here's my New years eve look!

Now when I look back, I feel like I should've add somekind of necklace.... It would've completed the look. Everything in this outfit was bought from our trip to Pattaya. The amount of hairspray in my hair that night should be illegal, but imo it turned out pretty cool!

Our New year partying was nothing special. We had bought overpriced tickets to this Mae Phim New year bash-thingy and from reading the flyer of the event, we were expecting a lot. It turned out to be nothing special- buffet food ( I'm not fan of buffet food anyways, reminds me of school cafeteria), open bar that wasn't really what you'd expect ( meaning we got one free non-alcoholic welcome drink), cute but musically untalented girl band and games that you could win plushies from ( I tried to win a big Rilakkuma plushie but failed, bohoo ;_;). Almost 1000 baht for practically nothing!

Didn't take too long for us to get bored and head to our favourite beach bar to spend the rest of the night. Most of the staff was gone and the bar was almost empty so we chatted with the owner for most of the night! We also hanged out in the beach watching fireworks and sky lanterns.

Since I can't figure out how to logically post these, I'll just post these in the end of this one ... My stepbrother had his birthday right after New year, so we had ordered a cake from local bakery!

Pink is a very manly colour! Oh and don't ask why the text is in swedish, I really don't know. This one had overly sweet chocolate filling, after eating half of one tiny slice, you felt sick for the next hour.

Chalee, a thai man who owned some sort of an tour business and helped us with a lot of things, turned out to own a bakery also. In the morning he stopped by and brought us another cake. He had written '' Happy birthday & congratulations'' in finnish on top of it, how sweet! We had so much cake we had to invite our neighbours over so we could finish them both lol.

Thailand part 6. Koh Samed!

On some of our last days in Thailand, we decided to go check out Koh Samed! We drove to Bahn Phe with our scooters, left them to port and continued to the island with ferry.

When we got to the island we rented few scooters, thinking it would be easy to travel around with them

Me and Santra picked one with some bling- bling! Guess what? It totally wasn't. We had read that Koh Samed roads are a bit bumpy. Well, it seems that a bit bumpy = road partially missing or road that is full of huuuuge rocks. It was quite an adventure to drive around the island to say at least... But in some way it was quite fun, even though my butt was sore from all the jumping XD

First, we drove to the first proper looking beach we could find.

Chocolate chip dorayaki for beach snack! I'm heartbroken that these can't be found anywhere in Finland, yummiest thing ever ;___;

Soon the beach got quite crowded so we decided it was time to look for more peaceful place!

After driving almost across the whole island in the burning hot sun we were so thirsty and close to death that we decided that we'd stop to this resort's beach, no matter how crowded it'd be.

To our suprise, we found almost empty and fabulous bay! Lucky us. We couldn't hang out for a long though, driving in those crazy roads took double or triple the time it normally would... too bad :<

You know what? Looking at these photos HURTS. It's like 985787 cm of snow outside and when I go out I have to wear two knits and a thick jacket. I'm so sick of this coldness, I'm ready to go right back, thnx!

Thailand part 5. Pattaya!

On this day, we decided to take a small shopping trip to Pattaya (or dad, me and Santra shopping,others went to play golf. On the way there, we stopped to Chang Siam elephant...something, can't remember.

Bought tickets to ride an elephant. Seriously, I feel really bad for the elephants, all they do is walk the same path over and over again, carrying tourists. Some of the elephants were even less lucky, they just stood there chained all day and had tourist taking photos on their tusks. Felt bad to pay for the ticket and therefore support this kinda activities :(

We were both sure that we were going to drop at any moment. See the fear on our faces ?

There was also bunch of other stuff to do but I felt bit sick and I really didn't want to support the way I had seen them treat the animals so I waited with Santra while others went to catch sharks or something.

Random fact about me; Koi is my favourite fish and couple times I've seriously considered getting a tattoo of Koi.

After spending enough time there, we headed to Pattaya for some serious shopping !

All the shopping centres were quite fancy, clearly built for tourist (like everything in Pattaya, or at least it seemed like it). On top of this one (can't recall the name), there was AWESOME Starbucks. Ok it was just like any other Starbucks except...

THE VIEW! You could see everywhere from there, to the beach street, all the skyscrapers, everything.

There was also a Ripley's amusement park in the shopping centre! We only tried this ride. See that man dressed as a clown? He actually comes inside the ride, appearing out of nowhere and scares the shit out of you. You've been warned.

Another fairly odd experience outside Central world shopping centre. Fish spa, aka fishes eating dead skin off your feet. Tickled a lot, 20 minutes of hysterical laughing guaranteed. My feet were amazingly soft afterwards though!

My dinner that night; slime salad. Ok, for real it was called spicy glassnoodle salad but the glassnoodles looked exactly like slime.

All in all, Pattaya was fun experience but I couldn't help feeling like that if I had to spend more than couple of days there, my head would explode. Especially at night time, too much people tryign to sell you crap, too much go-go bars. And wayyy too much tourists. It felt kinda soothing to get back to Mae Phim after the day in Pattaya.

Thailand part 4. The turtle island!

On christmas day, we got on a speedboat and headed to Koh Mannat where Queen's sea turtle conservation project is located.

The whole island had been turned into a big turtle conservation station! I think this area was some sort of a turte nursery, it was filled with pools where the turtles were swimming in

There were cute and tiny baby turtles...

...as well as these big and fat ones! I wonder why the big ones don't get to swim like the babies do :(

There was also a museum filled with all kinds of turtle-related stuff. Some bottled turtle organs, for example.

..and bottled baby turtles. Ewww.

Since the island was really tiny, we could easily walk around the whole place in about an hour. I was looking the most fabulous, but I was on vacation so it's ok. I guess. Love my chicken shirt though.

The sights were really pretty but unfortunately...

...there was shitloads of crap EVERYWHERE. You'd think that a preservation station would also try to preserve their nature but I guess not.

On the way back to the mainland, we stopped to do some fishing and snorkeling. Our speedboat driver catched a squid! Moment after taking this pic, it sprayed ink on him as a revenge.

I couldn't resist posting this pic, I think Santra looks so cute with snorkles lol!

Thailand part 3. Christmas eve by the beach!

Christmas eve in Mae Phim was seemed just like any other day. Only thing that reminded us that it's actually Christmas were american christmas carols played in beach-side mini market and few '' Merry christmas'' -signs by the doors of few shops amd restauraunts (mostly on those which owners were westerners)

So instead of glogg and christmas ham, we had margaritas by the beach and probably some super yummy seafood in our Christmas menu.Didn't mind at all, I hate almost all finnish christmas foods and I've been turning into a major seafood lover. I think I ate seafood EVERY SINGLE DAY on our trip lol.

A picture of a puppy just because that puppy was too cute and loveable ;__; I know what mom always said about playing with stray dogs but........couldn't help it

We didn't spend too much time with our family either. After having dinner with them, we headed back to beach to check out christmas lights ( or new year-lights, I don't know) and sky lanterns some locals sent from the beach. Ended up finding ourselves from Tequila Sunrise's happy hour. So much for the traditional Christmas! Maybe next year. Or not. In the end, I might actually prefer this type of Christmas.

Thailand part 2. Life's a beach!

Hi peeps!

Some random beachphotos this time! Enjoy~

This was my regular ; fresh fruit daiquiri! My favourite drink _ever.

Our baby! Santra was the one who always drove, I can't. Tried once and fell over, never gonna try again.

Beachside breakfast with banana pancakes, I could start my morning like this everyday for the rest of my life.

We ate insane amounts of ice cream.. this was not mine though, I just had to post this because I thought it looked funny.

I never thought I was much of a massage person. Turns out that I am. Foot spa= heaven. Oil and aromatherapy bodymassage = double heaven.

Beatiful sunset is beautiful. Nothing beats sitting at beach bar, enjoying a cold cocktail and watching the sun slowly fading to the horizon. I swear.
